Service Availability: Our services are available during our operating hours, which are from 6am to 6pm for rides and 6am to 7pm for customer support.

Booking and Cancellation: You can book a ride in advance via our customer support number. In case of cancellation, please let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment: We accept bank transfer, cash, advance payment, payments per trip, and payment at the end of service.

Vehicle Safety and Maintenance: We regularly maintain our vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. However, we will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the ride.

Privacy Policy: We take the privacy of our customers very seriously and will not share any personal information with any third parties without your consent.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
